Polka Dots

When I was browsing through Forever 21's site on Labor Day, I came across this polka dot skirt and knew that I couldn't pass it up. I loved the larger size of the dots and the midi length. I also knew that it would be perfect for pattern mixing because it was a nice, basic pattern. Best of all, it was under $10.

  1. I've been eyeing this skirt for a while now and for less than $10....seriously can't pass that up! I haven't had a chance to try one on yet....does it fit pretty true to size?
