Polka Dots + Peplum

Lately I've been missing wearing some of my peplum tops. Most short sleeve tops can be worn in the fall with a cardigan or blazer but peplum it's a little trickier with peplum tops if you don't want to hide their shape. As I learned the other day, wearing a button down shirt under a peplum one is actually a pretty good option. It's better than letting your arms freeze at least.
