Hunter Twins

This year in Utah we had a relatively warm winter with very little snow, which I was very, VERY happy about. You may have noticed that there is snow in the background of these pictures. No, they were not taken during the winter, they were taken yesterday. In spring. That goes against everything I learned about seasons in elementary school. Snow is strictly winter stuff. Although, I did grow up in Australia where we didn't have snow at any time so I'm clearly not an expert on the subject. Our snowy spring day did provide us with the perfect opportunity to pull out our Hunter boots. I just love how cute Eve looks in hers! I wish we had some in Lily's size so she could join the matching fun ha!

It's always fun taking outfit pictures of Eve. To keep her from running off, we ask her to pose for the camera, like Mommy does. The result is a series of adorable and slightly uncoordinated "poses."  I'll show her different things to do and she tries her best to copy them. Yesterday when we finished taking pictures of Eve, we needed a way to keep her from walking around in the background while we took some pictures of my outfit. John asked Eve to help him take pictures by telling me how to pose. She started showing me different poses to do and when I copied them she would excitedly say "Good job, Mommy!" It was just about the cutest thing ever. I'm officially hiring her as my posing coach.
