Navy Gingham
I've been obsessed with gingham for the past couple of years so I love that is in this spring! It's fun to see all the different ways that this print is being utilized in fashion right now. It's not hard to find gingham dresses, tops, skirts, pants, and even gingham shoes. While a full-length gingham dress might be a little much for someone new to this trend, a gingham button-up shirt is a nice introduction to this pretty print. They're perfect under sweaters, under blazers, and on their own with a statement necklace.
I had to share a couple of pictures of my cute little Lily. It was the first time that we took her to church yesterday so it had to be documented! She fell asleep in my arms as we were getting ready to take the pictures ha.

In case you missed it, in this post I mentioned that I would be sharing my postpartum fitness/weight loss progress. I'm pretty happy with how things are going. I have breastfeeding and some calorie counting to thank for most of this weight loss because I still can't work out. I aimed to walk every day but that just hasn't happened. Lily has been sick and pretty fussy for the past couple of weeks which makes it difficult to get anything done. Hopefully this week will be a different story though! John and I just got gym passes so I may go walk on the treadmill after Eve is in bed. Okay, here are the stats:
4 Weeks Postpartum
Height: 5' 6"
2 week postpartum weight: 143 lb
Current weight: 140 lb
Plan for the week: continue to eat 1800-2000 calories per day; walk every day

J.Crew knows how to do gingham! I have the same factory top and am so glad to see it come back year after year. Your little girl is so cute! I found you though a Touch of Tartan link up and am enjoying your outfits.
