Stolen Boyfriend Jeans
I'm kind of ashamed to say that I have never worn a pair of boyfriend jeans. That's a fashion blogger fail right there. I just didn't know if this was a trend that I could pull off. My attitude changed the other day when I was trying to decide whether to buy some new jeans. I'm not yet at the point where I can fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans so I'm pretty jeans-less at the moment. However, the hope is that it won't take me too long to lose the weight and be back in my normal jeans. Such a dilemma, right? #firstworldproblems. I came to the conclusion that I should try to buy some jeans that would fit me now and would work as boyfriend jeans when I've lost the weight. The only problem that was left was what to wear to the store. And that is when I had the brilliant idea to borrow... or steal... some of John's jeans. What would be better for boyfriend jeans than my

If you're like me, then you were probably worried that the bagginess of boyfriend jeans would make you look big. However, if you pair the jeans with a more form-fitting top and a pair of heels, they can actually be really flattering.
So. remember how I took Eve to see Cinderella and it was a complete fail (you can read the story here)? Well, last week my mum gave Eve the original animated version. That viewing experience went much better. In fact, she was so affected by it that for the rest of the day every time she had to go down the stairs she would hold her skirt out in front of her and would descend very slowly and gracefully. Then when John got home it evolved into making him hold her hand as they went down while she held her skirt with the other hand. Apparently I'm raising a princess and that's okay as long as she doesn't marry a guy that she's only known for one day.
Other ways I've worn: striped turtleneck
