10 Ways to Style a Turtleneck Top
I've decided to turn my Monday posts into "momsemble" posts. I'll share an everyday outfit that I wear when I'm out with my kids. And I'll probably include my girls in these posts too. Because they're cute. And I can never have too many pictures of them. Now, onto today's look:
Yep, I'm wearing a turtleneck again. I swear I only have a minor addiction. While the weather is still cool, I figured I might as well share one more way to style a turtleneck. So here is Sierra's final guide to wearing a turtleneck top. Well, final for now anyway. I'm not ruling out the possibility of new styling ideas...
2.With a Blazer- classic and sophisticated. Add a fun statement necklace to keep things from looking too stuffy
3. Under a Sweater- fun way to add extra warmth and interest to a plain sweater
4. With a Skirt- turtlenecks look great with pencil skirts, maxi skirts, and a line skirts. A plain turtleneck top is a great basic to pair with a skirt with a bold print.
5. Under a Dress- great way to wear your summer dresses during colder weather and it looks a little more chic than a basic long sleeve tee.
6. With Boyfriend Jeans- a fitted turtleneck pairs perfectly with loose boyfriend jeans. Lowers the frumpiness factor.
8. With a Denim Jacket- okay, yes, I'm technically wearing a dress here, but you can see how a turtleneck top would also look pretty great with a denim jacket
9. With a Cardigan- this is actually a blanket scarf worn as a cardigan but you get the idea
10. With a Vest- simple and warm

I love the outfit with the camel blazer and bright purple turtleneck, and the green sparkly skirt plus turtleneck! Both have such a neat vibe. Great contrast between pieces

You do know how to rock the turtleneck! If anyone ever argues it's not "in" you've got a whole portfolio to prove them wrong! (; And yes, your girls are adorable and I'm totally looking forward to these momsemble Mondays!
