Mommified Neutral Outfit
Look #1: Neutral Glam
Nude heels | Lipstick (in fuchsia flash)
Neutrals are definitely on-trend. Because I went with a soft color scheme, I was able to add fun accents like sequins without looking too dressed up. I chose a bold fuchsia lip to add a pop of color.
Look #2: Fashionable and Mom Friendly
Similar white jeans | Nude flats (25% off with code PRES)
Rocksbox earrings (get one month free with code sierraelizabethblogxoxo)
For this "mommified" version, I switched out my nude heels for nude flats and wore a nude colored tank without the sequins. Sequins can be a little scratchy on baby skin and sometimes little kids like to pick at them. So I chose to leave them out of the equation. I opted for some delicate earrings and skipped the necklace. With a ten-month-old baby, dangling earrings can be a hazard, so I don't usually wear those every day. I do wear necklaces most days, but sometimes it nice to just skip one due, once again, to those grabby little hands. I also choice a hairstyle that kept my hair out of my face which is how my hair is most of the time when I'm at home. I toned down the makeup simply by switching out my lipstick for a softer hue. Sometimes I still do some fun eye makeup, but if I don't have time or I'm not in the mood, I just throw on some mascara, or some mascara and a small cat eye, or some mascara and false lashes.

I love how you glammed that look up with some sparkles and also dressed it down for mom-duties :). Both look great!ReplyDelete
What kind and style of eyelashes are you wearing? They look great.ReplyDelete
Both are really lovely. I think it's so neat to have 2 versions of an outfit ready to go. Makes it easy to switch up certain elements when you need to!ReplyDelete
Love it Sierra! The netrual and soft tones are so pretty and delicate! I also love the slouchy lapel on the cardigan!ReplyDelete
